Why is Vitamin E bad for the health if taken daily continuously?
Recently, I bought a bottle of Vitamin E 400 IU. A friend tells me not to take it daily cause it may have bad effects on my health if I take it everyday, is this true?

Really? I am prescribed by my PCP Evening Primrose Oil, which has Vitamin E added and I have been on six capsules a day since 1998 for my health conditions. I have no bad effects yet. Best of Luck
