Vitamin D3 is antiaging Just ask the Doc.wmv

23 Feb

When the sun hits skin free radicals are activated. The sunlight also activates an enzyme that breaks down fats in skin cells. This fat break down produces a chemical called arachidonic acid, the precursor to molecules that can inflame skin. We know that these inflammatory molecules accelerate the aging of skin. But healthy skin requires natural Vitamin D3. Kripps Sunshine Transdermal Vitamin D3 provides this essential vitamin to give you glowing, healthy looking skin. Kripps Sunshine Vitamin Dtransdermal cream is suitable for all types of skin.

    Before using high …
Before using high quantities of Vitamin D, better check your blood levels for Vitamin D3 first. High quantities can be toxic, especially if taken via supplements.

1000 IU per day is considered to be a safe daily dose, with a maximum of 2000 IU per day. Use higher doses only when it was recommended by your doctor.

    Well, warfarin used …
Well, warfarin used to be used as rat poison. Now it is our major blood thinner for prevention of stroke/heart attack (brand name Coumidin). You can make enough vitamin D for your own use by approximately 5 minutes of sun exposure to just your face and hands for a weeks supply of what you naturally need. You don’t need to ‘tan’. Skin cancer by sun exposure is by a cyclobutane like reaction between two adjacent thymidine’s in your DNA, causing a ‘kink’ and thus a misread during DNA replication.
