You ask were animals get B12 from…. I ask you where do cat get Vitamin C from? Unlike humans they actually produce Vitamin C. The biochemistry of other animals are not the same as humans.

I’m a vegan and I …
I’m a vegan and I don’t take any supplements. I know a man who has been a vegan for 30 years and he never take B12 and he does fine. He’s 50 and have the body and the stamina of an 18 year old athlete. I think this B12 bullshit came from the meat and dairy industry to scare vegans and potential vegans. Remember, these are the same people who told vegans in the early days of the movement that plants don’t have enough protein to support the human body. We now know that’s a lie! Think!
