how do i get all the recommended vitamins,minerals and nutrients and everything else in my body every day.where can i find a meal plan thing that can tell me like if i have this this and this for my breakfast lunch and dinner i will get everything i need for that day.thanks

Well in point of fact you might not get every mineral and vitamin every day — but overall during say a week if you consume a healthy diet or fresh vegetables with a limited amount of complex carbohydrates, avoid white death foods like sugar, flour and product made from the same. Drink a fair amount of good clean water (that is to say not chemically polluted tap water, but a reliable natural source — such as French mountain mineral waters) and follow the guideline of eating as many different ‘colours’ when it comes to vegetable — as possible (each major colour provides certain nutrients that are valuable… Then you should get all you need.

The key is to avoid nutrient-poor processed food and eat only fresh foods, Eat a good proportion of raw food for the live enzymes that are lost in cooking (this means large quanitites of salad foods, and other almost all other veges can be eaten raw, daily).
