Hair health vitamin supplements?
I have thin blonde hair, about shoulder length, that is EXTREMELY slow-growing (less than a half-inch of growth in the past 2 years) and have been looking at the different vitamin supplements available to help promote hair growth and health.
Has anyone taken the GNC Ultra Nourishair vitamin supplements or similar vitamins? For how long, and what have been the results?
I’m in my teens and have generally healthy hair, I’m more interested in length.
I actually took regular children’s vitamins like the Flinstone ones and my hair and nails suddenly started growing faster. Then my beautician suggested I add more protein and variety of fruits and vegetables to my meals. I worked and my hair not only grew faster but it became stronger and healthier.

I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don’t you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier.
