You’re exactly right – It’s of the upmost importance to make sure that we get a full spectrum of these minerals. i am very attracted …
i am very attracted to anything billing itself as “manna” , but what concerns me is the little I know about how some minerals like zinc and copper, need to be in a certain balance or things like copper can build-up in the system ( heart issues, depression,whatever). Im really wanting to try that gold, but im very sensitive to my system going awry. Any info on the mineral balances on these products and safety ?
