Now, I’m a person who is really thin and I’d like to add some weight, but like everyone wants, the weight added should be muscles. Protein …your muscles are made of protein …as long as you are getting enough your gonna build them and build by doing a good routine round house …invest in the fire fighters workout video …they created one for optimum workout in time allowed them .
