Does the excess of a vitamin of a health benifit go to waste?
Say today i eat a cucomber ( just an example ), and for example it makes my nerves stronger because of vitamin x (example),
if i eat 20 cucombers a day will my nerves become super stronger, or will the excess of vitamin x go to waste ?

I think that if you are eating 20 cucumbers a day for example, you are too full to eat the chocolate candy and rolls with butter, so you will be healthier because more of your intake will be from nutrient rich foods rather than nutrient poor foods.

It depends on the specific vitamin you are taking in. With some vitamins, yes extra will just go to waste, but with others if you take too much it can become toxic and actually bad for you. So make sure to discuss with your doctor how much and what types of vitamins you are taking.
