Can someone recommend a good vitamin to promote skin and hair health that is vegan?

I need some suggestions of vitamins I can take that are vegan, so no gelatin, fish oil, etc. Thanks!

Cold pressed oils are all fantastic for the condition of skin and hair. Try flaxseed oil which contains all the omega oils your body needs. Wheatgerm oil is very good as well with plenty of vitamin E.
Nuts such as almonds are fantastic for dry skin, as are avocado pears and all types of seeds like sunflower and pumpkin. Kiwi fruit are packed full of skin boosting vitamins E and C.
Seaweed such as kelp and nori is traditionally used to boost hair growth as it has a high level of iron,vit B12 , iodine and silica. There are supplements that can be taken containing silica but try eating lots of onions, cucumbers,melons and bamboo shoots instead.

Also vegan diets if not followed properly, may lack iron,zinc, b vitamins and calcium which are also needed for healthy skin and hair growth. This may cause anemia and brittle nails and hair. You can take supplements of all these but it is best to check out which vitamins are contained in which foods and stick to a balanced diet. All the information you need can be found on the internet.
